  • Address, email, and telephone number of the business, along with a brief description of the business activities.
  1. Pay Registration Fees:
  •  Pay the required fees based on your company’s share capital. Details of the payment can usually be made through the SSM e-service portal.
  1. Issuance of Incorporation Certificate:
  • Once approved, SSM will issue a Certificate of Incorporation. This certificate is crucial as it officially recognizes the company as a legal entity.

After Registration

  • Ensure Sdn Bhd company compliance with Malaysian business laws and regulations, including tax registration, Employees Provident Fund (EPF), and Social Security Organisation (SOCSO).
  • Regularly update company details with SSM and comply with annual reporting requirements.
